Logiq continues its growth in Sweden through the acquisition of EDI Solutions

Logiq AS, one of the leading Nordic service providers for the exchange of electronic invoices and other commercial documents, has entered into an agreement to acquire EDI Solutions AB in Sweden.

Through this acquisition, Logiq further strengthens its presence in the Swedish market and its delivery capacity within EDI, gaining access to a highly experienced expert team with specialist competencies across multiple industries.

EDI Solutions delivers secure, cost-efficient and effective EDI services through industry-adapted integrations for, among others, the automotive industry, grocery retail, retail trade and public-sector organisations, integrated with various ERP systems both nationally and internationally.
